 4-Her outlines own project
on equine subjects NOT offered in
 other books

** These projects do not have outlines of requirements in the front of the book.  Using prior books as a guide, develop your own "Things To Do" for each interest area.  Keep track of your learning experiences & your leadership/citizenship activities.

General Notes:
     1.  All projects are copyrighted & may not be reproduced or transmitted in any
          way.
     2.  Equine record book (190R) is designed to accompany all projects except the
first year of 174, included in book.  There is a similar book on our website
that is not copyrighted & may be reproduced.
     3.  The inside cover & first several pages of most project books clearly explain
          the prerequisites & requirements.
     4.  When a project is carried for more than one year, the 4-H member has 2
          options:
A: Divide the book into sections & complete the requirements for those
interest areas each year it is carried.
B: Complete the entire book in one year, but not all the requirements for
each section.  Each year, more requirements will be completed for each
interest area, delving into more detail with each year.
